The CMP Pool Defender Inline Zinc Anode Bond protects your pool's metal components — handrails, lights, ladders, and equipment — from electrolysis corrosion by providing a sacrificial zinc anode in the bonding path. It's especially important on saltwater chlorine generator systems, where electrolysis-related corrosion risk is highest.

The compact inline design plumbs directly into 2" or 2½" pipe with a clear, removable lid that makes checking and replacing the zinc anode simple — no need to dig up the bonding grid. Comes with 4 feet of solid copper ground wire included.
